Hello,

My name is Jenny Lund and I am certified in and practice both Life Coaching and RTT Hypnotherapy.  I offer one on one sessions as well as sell recordings on my online store (in development) and share some personal reflections and anecdotes on my blog.

One of the main reasons I have pursued this type of work is experiencing for myself a level of freedom and healing from extreme self loathing, self doubt and shame that I didn't think was possible.  Realizing so many of us live years and years under a cloud or as a shadow when true healing is in fact possible.  I want others, like you, to know that you can experience freedom and forgiveness, that healing is possible for you too.
